I  Project Overview

1. Project Introduction:Huaneng Jingbian Longzhou Wind and Solar Hybrid Phase I 30MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project(圖1)

The project is located in Jiulitan Village, Yangqiaopan Town, Jingbian County, with a total installed capacity of 30MW. It adopts a polysilicon photovoltaic matrix arrangement, and the installation of modules and brackets is fixed.

2. Construction Geological Conditions:

The construction site of the project varies greatly in four seasons, with cold winters, strong winds and sandstorms in spring, heavy rains in summer and frequent droughts. The overall terrain of the site is high in the west and low in the north, with no natural high and deep ridges. Located on the terrace on the right bank of the Lu River, the stratum is composed of silt and silty clay formed by aeolian and alluvial deposits. The type of groundwater is phreatic. The rock mass in the area is complete. The period of sporadic small earthquakes is long, the frequency is low, and the strata are stable. The vegetation is sparse, mainly sand plants.

I  Project Features

1. Taking into account factors such as self-weight, wind pressure, earthquake resistance, etc., the section steel structure is adopted, the foundation form is an independent foundation, and the foundation concrete strength grade is C30. All steel components are made of integral hot-dip galvanizing to prevent corrosion.

2. All components are installed in a fixed way, and the array is composed of square array units. Each sub-array is equipped with a container-type inverter device to complete the construction in the shortest time and reduce the damage to the local environment. The inclination angle of the photovoltaic support is 35°, and the row spacing is 5m. Reduce the shade of the components on the ground vegetation.

3. According to the geology of the project and the geology of the sand-solidified grassland, in order to fully protect the vegetation in the area and optimize the sand fixation effect, avoid the sand and soil caused by the construction to reduce the source of secondary dust generation.

3.1) Optimize the construction process, rationally plan the temporary storage of materials, avoid the leveling of the site and roads, and excavate the foundation in heavy rain, and adopt soil bags for temporary protection.

3.2) At the end of construction, dismantle temporary facilities in the construction area, clean up the site, and improve land utilization

3.3) In addition to the area occupied by the project permanently, greening measures shall be taken.
